Art Upload Specifications

If you plan on providing Buffalo Graffix with custom art, please make sure that you follow the art specifications before submitting artwork.

Please take a moment to DOUBLE CHECK the content of the file you are sending. This will help expedite delivery and keep your costs down. Any alterations required after the proof will result in an additional charge to re-process and re-proof your supplied file.

Buffalo Graffix utilizes the Mac OSX operating system and Adobe Creative Suite programs. We prefer Press Quality PDF’s, InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop files.

Microsoft Word and Publisher file may be accepted but these file types could incur extra charges. Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel are NOT page layout programs, using these file types will incur extra charges.

Set up files to the correct page size. Include at least an 1/8″ bleed when necessary.

There are many ways to get your files from your computer to ours, the two best ways are email (8mb max) or you can upload them here (100mb max).
