General Apparel Return Policy
Due to the nature of custom imprinted apparel, we do everything in our power to ensure your order will be to your satisfaction. The sizing of apparel can vary between manufacturers and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please ask your sales representative to provide you with the exact specifications BEFORE placing your order. We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and WILL NOT accept returns or requests for refunds for this reason once the garments are imprinted or customized. Buffalo Graffix WILL ONLY accept custom printed apparel for return or exchange if the merchandise has not been worn and is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. All claims for these issues must be made within 7 days of receipt of the apparel. Please return any apparel that is defective to our office so we can inspect and determine the best way to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit.
Imagine School Uniform Return Policy
Buffalo Graffix will refund, replace or exchange any unworn, unwashed, or unaltered apparel with the original label attached within 15 days of your in-store or online purchase. After 15 days, you will receive a store credit for future use. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% or $3.00 restocking fee, whichever is greater. We cannot refund, replace or exchange items if they have been worn, soiled, washed, or altered in any way. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted after 90 days from the invoice date.

No returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
