Buffalo Graffix has a vision for growth and innovation when it comes to our technology and it is always our goal to improve our communications with our clients. Recently, we’ve adopted software to help optimize our communication flow as well as give our clients access to easily review their quotes, proofs, estimates, invoices, and statements. This makes for a simpler way to track projects and their progress.

Invoicing/Statements:
Our software automatically sends a copy of the invoice for every completed project each evening. Even if your invoice has been paid already or if there is a balance due, each client will receive a copy of their invoice along with a link to make a secure payment.
It will also send out a copy of an Account Statement showing any open invoices on the first and the fifteenth of each month.

Estimate and Proofing:
We now have the ability for our clients to view, approve and reject both Estimates and Proofs from our online Client Portal. The advantages for this new system are many, but the important ones are having the ability to see previous versions of Estimates/Proofs all in one space, and having automatic follow-ups for the times where a proof may be overlooked or forgotten about.

When we send an estimate or proof using this software, you will receive an email with a link to review the files for your project, which will take you to your client portal.
From here you can choose to Approve the order by simply Marking the files that you approve and “Signing” your name, then click the APPROVE button.


You can also Reject the order by choosing the REJECT tab and making notes for the changes you’d like us to make. You can also upload any files here that we would need to make the proper adjustments to the order.
The last option is to DELAY DECISION which you can do if you need more time to approve or reject the order. This option will delay our system’s automatic follow up process.


In addition to all of the automated communications built into our new software, our clients now have access to an online portal that allows you to view both in progress and completed orders, price quotes, invoices, and statements all in one place.
Our goal is to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, and this new software has dramatically improved our communications with our clients. This feature provides a completely streamlined experience for new clients.
